Froswa’ Booker-Drew has built a diverse network of individuals and organizations around the world. She has more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, training, nonprofit management, education, and social services. She currently is employed by World Vision. Froswa’s focus is on building social capital in individuals and organizations and this workbook will allow you to build on her experience. She participated in the documentary, Friendly Captivity, a film that followed a cast of seven women from Dallas to India in 2008. Because of this experience, she has dedicated much of her spare time to identifying ways to support organizations that address vulnerable and marginalized youth.
